UN Food Systems Summit 2021: Dismantling Democracy and Resetting Corporate Control of Food Systems

This article analyzes the development and organization of the United Nations Food Systems Summit. This new summit, to be held in late 2021, will address the architecture of global food governance with regard to health inequality, climate change considerations, and the need to integrate indigenous sustenance systems at a state level.
