Indigenous Peoples in the Netherlands Foreign Policy and Development Cooperation

Memorandum to the Netherlands Parliament informing them about the Netherlands Governernment policy with respect to the issue of indigenous people. Issues in the memorandum include a definition of terms, indigenous peoples and human rights, the right to self-determination, separate identity and cultural rights, indigenous peoples and development cooperation and indigenous peoples as currently affected by development cooperation programs of the Netherlands.
