Description

A letter addressed to Rudy Ryser discussing the situation in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Letter is from a man from Rangamati, CHT who has fallen victim of the mistreatment and has fled to the U.S. for safety. His letter contains a request for help to get his family out of Bangladesh. A second letter is included which contains an attempt by Rudy to help out Otin and his family.
